INGREDIENTS

Butter 250g (1sachet)

Sugar 150g (1cup)

Egg 5

Flour 250g (2 1/2 cups)

Baking powder 1teaspoon

Milk 2tablespoons 

Water 1/2 cup

Vanilla powder flavor 1teaspoon

Vanilla extract liquid 1teaspoon

PREPARATION

Add your butter and sugar in a bowl and cream for about 25mins with a mixer (if you don't have a mixer cream until sugar dissolves).  Then you start adding your eggs in batches of 3 and 2 at intervals of 10-5mins,sieve your flour in a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients into it that is baking powder, vanilla powder and set aside.

Dissolve your milk with the half cup of water, now you pour in half of your flour mixture and half of the milk and mix for 3min then you add in the remaining half.

This recipe gives a 6inch double layer cake and 24 cupcakes
