Avocado oil is an edible oil extracted from the pulp of avocados, the fruit of Persea americana. It is used as an edible oil both raw and for cooking, where it is noted for its high smoke point. It is also used for lubrication and in cosmetics.
HOW TO MAKE AVOCADO OIL
Use Minimum of 8 ripe avocado (so that you will be able to extract oil)

Wash the avocados and cut into 2 equal halves.

Use a spoon to scoop out the fruit of the avocado and blend till it forms a paste. (Cut in smaller pieces to be able to blend easily)

Place the blended avocado in a pot and cook on medium heat, stirring every 5mins. (This is to make sure the heat goes round the paste without burning it). Cook until the avocado changes from a light green to a dark green or brown. (During the time the water has evaporated).

When the avocado mixture has stopped cooking turn it into a bowl then place it inside a clean thin cloth and squeeze. Squeeze till no oil comes out again. Pour the oil in an airtight container. Your avocado oil is ready for use.
