YOGURT CAKE

 YOGHURT CAKE


INGREDIENTS ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ“Œ Flour: 200gm

๐Ÿ“Œ Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup

๐Ÿ“ŒBaking powder: 2 teaspoon

๐Ÿ“ŒSugar : 150gm

๐Ÿ“Œ1 large orange zest

๐Ÿ“Œ3/4 cup yoghurt ( plain)

๐Ÿ“ŒEgg: 2(large)

๐Ÿ“Œ Vanilla: 1/4tsp

METHOD ๐Ÿ‘‡


๐Ÿ“ŒSieve the flour inside a clean bowl, add baking powder, sugar and the orange zest. Then mix all to combine.

๐Ÿ“ŒIn another bowl, whisk the Yoghurt and eggs together then add the Vegetable and whisk gently 

๐Ÿ“ŒAdd  the wet Ingredients to the dry mixture in the bowl and mix all together. Don't overmix, just mix to combine.

๐Ÿ“ŒPour  the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake in a pre-heated oven till skewer inserted comes out clean.

๐Ÿ“ŒRemove on a wire rack and allow to cool, your cake is ready.
