YOGURT CAKE

 YOGHURT CAKE

INGREDIENTS 👇

📌 Flour: 200gm

📌 Vegetable oil: 1/2 cup

📌Baking powder: 2 teaspoon

📌Sugar : 150gm

📌1 large orange zest

📌3/4 cup yoghurt ( plain)

📌Egg: 2(large)

📌 Vanilla: 1/4tsp

METHOD 👇

📌Sieve the flour inside a clean bowl, add baking powder, sugar and the orange zest. Then mix all to combine.

📌In another bowl, whisk the Yoghurt and eggs together then add the Vegetable and whisk gently 

📌Add  the wet Ingredients to the dry mixture in the bowl and mix all together. Don't overmix, just mix to combine.

📌Pour  the batter into a prepared baking pan and bake in a pre-heated oven till skewer inserted comes out clean.

📌Remove on a wire rack and allow to cool, your cake is ready.
